Baffled by health insurance coverage for mental health care? You're not alone!

Renée Fabian and Danielle Fox at The Mighty recently published a guide to help individuals utilize their health insurance to get mental health care (English: https://bit.ly/3ksdXnK; Spanish: https://bit.ly/3f9klzj). Download each section of this guide as a PDF. Save it on your phone or computer, print it out or email it to others. Additionally, you can view a Facebook Live video of Renée going through the guide with Norina Murphy, a LCSW in San Bernardino County (https://bit.ly/3pq9568). At CFCG we understand that many (if not most) of us need to use our insurance to cover some or all of the mental health care expenses for ourselves and our families. We hope these links are a valuable resource to anyone who may have struggles in navigating the system to access mental health services.
